The photo record
Your partner photographs 15 views of your car before a drop of water touches it, then the same 15 once the wash is done. Both sets land in your booking for you to compare side by side — so you can see exactly what your car looked like when they arrived, and exactly what changed.
Every photo is shot through the in-app camera and stamped with the Singapore time it was taken. There is no gallery picker, so an old photo of a clean car cannot stand in for today.
A partner cannot start the wash until all 15 before-photos exist, and cannot ask you to confirm until all 15 after-photos do. It is a rule the app enforces, not a habit we hope for.
Any scratch, dent, or kerbed rim already on the car gets its own close-up before work begins, and the partner has to declare afterwards whether anything is new.
