No. Create your account for free, then pay the amount shown for your individual booking using PayNow. There’s no subscription or minimum top-up required.
What does this price include?
The basic exterior wash and platform fee. Car shampoo is an optional extra you can add when booking.
When is my wash confirmed?
You choose an availability window and pay to publish a request. A wash is confirmed once an eligible partner accepts it; availability depends on your area and time window. If nobody accepts within 24 hours, the request expires and the full booking amount is refunded. Bank processing time may apply.
Can I request a wash at my car park?
You can enter your Singapore parking location when booking. The spot must be accessible and washing must be permitted there; check the car park or property’s rules. Partner availability is confirmed through acceptance of your request.
Do I need to be there?
Leave clear parking and access instructions. Coordinate with your matched partner if access requires you to meet them.
What if I need to cancel?
You receive a full booking refund if you cancel before a partner accepts. After acceptance, cancellation refunds 50% when more than 2 hours remain before the scheduled start, and nothing within 2 hours. The booking shows the applicable refund before you confirm cancellation.
How do I get the first-wash offer?
Create a car-owner account and complete phone verification through WhatsApp. Eligible owners receive 50% off the wash service on their first wash. The platform fee and any optional add-ons are charged in full. You can hold the offer on one active booking at a time.
