This EULA covers the software. The Terms govern accounts, bookings, credits, services and payouts, and the Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling.
1. Acceptance and scope
This agreement is between you and KilatAutos for the website, dashboards, browser-delivered code and related software features (Software). By creating an account or using the Software, you accept this EULA. You must be at least 18 and have authority to agree for yourself or anyone you represent.
2. Your limited licence
Subject to this EULA and the Terms, KilatAutos grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Software through supported devices and browsers for its intended purpose in Singapore. No other rights are granted.
3. Licence restrictions
- Do not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit the Software or access to it.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, bulk extract, derive source code or use non-public APIs without permission.
- Do not bypass roles, access controls, staged privacy, verification, fees or rate limits, or use unauthorised bots.
- Do not probe vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, interfere with service, remove notices or use non-public KilatAutos material to build a competing product.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
KilatAutos and its licensors retain all rights in the Software, design, code, workflows, text, graphics, trade marks, databases and documentation. The Software is licensed, not sold. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences where those terms apply.
5. Your content and feedback
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant the limited operating licence stated in the Terms. You confirm you have permission to submit it. KilatAutos may use voluntarily supplied feedback without payment or restriction, while personal data remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
The Software works with Airwallex and PayNow, WhatsApp, mapping, hosting and storage services. Their products and networks have their own terms and may change or become unavailable independently. KilatAutos selects and integrates providers with reasonable care but does not license third-party software supplied directly to you.
7. Updates and availability
KilatAutos may deploy fixes, security changes and feature updates automatically and may change or discontinue features. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal device compatibility or error-free software. You are responsible for a supported browser, internet connection and device security.
8. Suspension and termination
The licence ends when your right to use the account ends. KilatAutos may suspend or terminate it for security, safety, law, verification failure, non-payment, misuse or material breach. You must then stop using protected Software. Ownership, accrued obligations, liability, disputes and retained-record provisions survive where their nature requires.
9. Warranties and liability
KilatAutos provides the Software with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every feature meets every individual purpose or that third-party networks are always available. Mandatory Singapore guarantees and liabilities are not excluded. The Terms govern responsibility for services, transactions and loss.
10. General terms and contact
Singapore law governs this EULA and Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights. If a provision is unenforceable it is limited as necessary. You may not assign this EULA without written consent; KilatAutos may assign it in a genuine protected business transfer. The EULA controls for the Software licence and the Terms control marketplace activity.
